I was staying at into the wild and had most of my meals at the Pablos and every dish was rich in flavour and was so soulful. Also the cafe has the best views in whole of Shangarh. Would recommend- their siddus must try! Loved their chicken momos, shahi paneer, rajma, local style dal as well as pahadi chicken! Superb! Infact on the days didnt feel well- tried their khichdi which was so homely! ~ Swati M
Pablo’s Cafe is a charming cafe with beautiful Shangarh meadow view and a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Must order the Pahadi rajma and kadhi chawal they were delicious, full of flavour and freshly cooked for us. One can’t go wrong with Momo & Maggie and the nostalgia associated with it in the hills. Only thing you need to be is patient once you place order as they make everything fresh so waiting time is a bit long. Make sure to order the suji halwa it’s rich, comforting and made with plenty of love and ghee. The kitchen staff and service staff are very polite. The owner Mr. Lalit is super friendly and chatty with great recommendations on places to explore around Shangarh and loves to narrate local folklore. It’s the perfect spot to sit quietly for hours or sit and work remotely. It’s a place to enjoy the scenery, watch the birds, and unwind away from the crowds. ~ Amika K
Pablo’s Cafe…Naam Kaafi hai bro Shangarh mein. Food is real amazing and it’s all from the scratch …garden fresh Siddu with Desi Ghee is must try … All their receipes are real home made feel and real fresh to experience the food in Pablo’s Lalit Bhai… himself provides best of the comfort to the guests and Chef Teja plays a huge role to satisfy for taste buds Kudos to the team. ~ Dr.Yashvir S
